• GBP 10-15 per hour

Job Duties and Summary:

• Control projects from beginning to end by maintaining constant contact with clients.
• Ensure the quality of insulated shipping systems designed from scratch for individual clients.
• Coordinate your efforts with the Sales team to best serve your clients.
• Travel to clients’ locations for the duration of a project or to respond to a sales inquiry.
• Assist customers and coworkers in Sales and other internal areas with technical questions about products and offer answers.
• Conduct experiments in a lab with the right tools and supplies.
• Creating technical documents in accordance with established guidelines; this includes:
• Using a version control system to keep track of documents
• Keeping the office in pristine condition and order at all times
• You’ve need to make sure everything you use to conduct tests and analyze the findings is properly calibrated.
• In charge of ensuring that all technical documentation is up to date.
• Modeling packaging parts and system assemblies in 3D computer-aided design software
• Making accurate 2D Technical Drawings from 3D CAD models
• Using CAD software to animate 3D CAD models
• Convert 3D CAD files into simulations for thermal analysis, then set up and perform the analyses.
• Performs needed measurements, analyze, evaluate and reports results.

Minimum Requirements/About the Applicant

• Preferably a Bachelor’s/Master’s/Ph.D. in Engineering or a closely related field, or at least five years of relevant work experience.
• work history in a production or packaging setting.
• Third, you need to be an expert in the use of Microsoft Office, as well as 3D CAD, 2D Technical
• Drawing, and flowcharting programs.
• Knowledge of thermal modeling programs is a plus.
• Must be able to deal effectively and diplomatically with all company staff and customers under minimum supervision and be attentive to the requirements of department members and other departments with whom interaction is necessary.
• You must be willing to travel to meet with clients, vendors, and affiliates of Peli/Pelican as needed.
