Job Duties and Summary:.

• Work with supervisor on special projects and other tasks as needed.
• When given the opportunity and the necessary certification, help train other associates.
• Make sure everyone in the department and the rest of the company is on the same page.
• Uphold productivity by adhering to our company’s management planning principles.
• Advocate for the company’s safety policies. Please inform us if any repairs or maintenance are required for the equipment. The work area
• must be kept clear of any risks or debris at all times.
• Always act fairly, with dignity, and respect toward your coworkers.
• Become well-versed in all Bakery Department products, including rolls, sweets, cakes, muffins, bagels, coffees, platters, and more.
• Keep the company’s hygiene and food safety protocols in mind at all times.
• As directed, prepare, prove, and bake the product.
• Complete any and all additional tasks given to you.

Minimum Requirements/About the Applicant

• Possess strong abilities in sales, customer service, and effective communication.
• Possess strong communication abilities and a strong motivation to collaborate with others.
• Displayed a strong aptitude for quickly grasping new tasks and meeting the technical requirements of the position.
