Salary Security Manager job:

• QAR 15-25 per hour

Job Duties and Summary:

• Supervise security operations and carry out essential activities as needed.
• Effective management of the WBB team is essential to ensuring a successful security operation.
• Keep processes under control and make sure everyone follows them by informing, monitoring, and debriefing workers to guarantee compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.
• We keep our “finger on the pulse” by reporting any operational and operational administration difficulties to Senior or Executive management via a variety of media channels.
• Primary interface for all WBB Security-related matters.
• Responsible for activation of the Security Cascade System in the case of any Emergencies/Disasters.
• Responsible to coach and appraise internal and security contractor’s staff members on operational procedures.
• Support the Qatar Airways Special Assistance Program (by doing things like escorting emergency vehicles and helping set up cordons) in the event of an emergency or substantial operational interruption or threat impacting WBB.

Minimum Requirements/About the Applicant

• Professional experience equivalent to four years of education and a bachelor’s degree is required.
• Capability of driving and obtaining a license to do so in Qatar
• Superb proficiency in Microsoft Office products like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Possess an excellent understanding of the norms and practices of security operations.
• Having an awareness of the need for secure operations.
• Capacity to assign responsibilities, provide direction, and organize work effectively.
• Competent at guiding and instructing others.
• Capacity to teach and improve the abilities of subordinates.
• Ability to create teamwork among team members.
• Skills in managing and maintaining databases.
• Customer-oriented and business-savvy, with experience communicating with C-suite executives.
