Salary Team Leader (Surgical Equipment) job:

• QAR 15-25 per hour

Job Duties and Summary:

• Making sure that the unit and each team member achieve their sales goals in a profitable way.
• Getting updates from the team every week including their goals, sales, and new goods.
• Allotting team members specific, attainable goals for the near future.
• Keeping the team motivated and ensuring they meet their goals.
• Providing the Division Manager with updates on team and individual performance every two weeks.
• Working with the Division Manager to create and oversee the annual budget as well as marketing expenditures.
• Budget projections for the year, broken down each month and quarter.
• Team reimbursements, Perdiem, and leave requests must be approved.
• Making sure that everyone on the team follows Zahrawi’s rules

Minimum Requirements/About the Applicant

• Find new possible clients by doing market research.
• Find new products on the market by analyzing trends and learn about their pros and cons.
• To assess their standing in the market, find ways to enhance existing items and develop new ones.
• Arrange and lend a hand with the debut of new products and related events.
• Support, educate, and direct prospective buyers by giving them product demos and listening to their comments.
• Negotiate contracts and packages with potential clients by following up with them after the demo.
• Read the contract carefully to make sure it follows all of our regulations.
