Job Duties and Summary:

• Attends to customers and addresses their concerns
• Processes orders, gives product details, and establishes a real connection with customers
• Concocts beverages according to customer specifications and Starbucks’ guidelines.
• Accepts payments made by customers using cash or credit cards, processes those payments effectively, and then gives out change as needed.
• Always follows Applegreen’s rules and procedures when dealing with customers and money.
• Gives consumers the lowdown on all things coffee, including the various beans, ways of brewing, and home brewing techniques.
• Organizes and supplies the client space
• Prioritizes the safety and security of all partners by strictly adhering to business and Starbucks operating standards and procedures during
• each shift.
• Upholds store standards and sets a great example for the shift team by remaining calm during high-volume or atypical event periods.
• Openness to learning using a variety of methods, including online, classroom, and practical experience

Minimum Requirements/About the Applicant

• Exhibits sociability, enthusiasm, and outgoingness in dealing with customers and colleagues Must be able to bend, twist, and stand for the whole of the workday
• The ability to communicate effectively with customers, read and understand policy documents and brief communications, and speak clearly is essential, as is the capacity to absorb and retain information about Starbuck’s goods and processes.
• Preferred: Previous expertise in handling cash and interacting with customers
