QRC employees, Sales Engineers, and customers will rely on the Solutions Engineer to help them figure out how to fix and improve their products in the aftermarket. The ideal applicant will also be in charge of providing stakeholders with technical explanations of relevant requirements, processes, policies, quality, and equipment dependability.

So, under the direction of engineering professionals, the Solutions Engineer leads all requests for technical solutions in a certain area and provides support and knowledge to internal and external clients with regards to RFQ, orders, root-cause investigations, etc.

• QAR 20-25 per hour

Job Duties and Summary:

• Help provide quotations for upgrades, provide justification, or aid in a Life Cycle Cost analysis so that you can evaluate them.
• Performs preventative maintenance on pumps and assists assembly mechanics by hand.
• Help out on sales calls by going to meetings with potential customers and presenting your company’s technical solutions.
• Contribute to the sales strategy by sharing the capabilities, products, and success stories of Flowserve Services and Solutions Engineering with potential new clients.
• When necessary, you’ll take charge of a site-based root-cause analysis campaign and lead a team of engineers and salespeople in developing a solution, next steps, and business strategy.
• Contributes to the assessment of technical feasibility and the reduction of technical risks in our proposed solutions, with the aid of engineering experts.

Minimum Requirements/About the Applicant

• 3D modeling and modeling with computer aid.
• Understanding technical drawings, blueprints, and tolerances.
• The ability to design rotating machinery.
• You have a firm grasp on the fundamentals of hydraulics as they pertain to pumps and pump systems, and you are well-versed in the many pumping applications and types.
• Familiarity with metals in general, along with their uses and production methods.Exhibits “customer focus” in responding to any and all inquiries from both internal and external customers.
